■取消・払い戻し
航空券の取消・払い戻しをご希望のお客様は、以下「キャンセル申請」フォームより、取消手数料なしで全額返金いたします。また、国際線予約センターでも同様に全額返金を承ります。
- ※国際線予約サイト（PC・スマートフォン）での取消は、取消手数料が免除されませんのでご注意ください。なお、すでに取消手数料ありで取消手続きをされたお客様は、手数料の払戻手続きを行いますので、お手数ですが、国際線予約センターまでお問い合わせください。

For Narita-Saipan route, it has been decided to suspend the flight operation until October 24th, 2020, but we also made the decision to suspend the flight operation after October 25th, 2020.

If you would like to cancel your ticket, please use the "Cancel application" form below to get a full refund without cancellation fees.
You can also get a refund without cancellation fee at the international reservation center.
- *If you cancel at the PC site or the smartphone site, you will not be exempted from the fee. Please apply for cancellation from the "Cancel application" form. If the cancellation fee is applied at the PC site or the smartphone site, please contact the international reservation center for refund of the fee.
