Tasutoku

Flights can be booked up to the day before departure. This is a changeable discount fare that fluctuates according to the expected seat availability*1 each flight.

Reservation methods		Website, Travel agency, Reservation Center and Airport counters. *The phone lines of our Reservation Center may be busy during peak hours. Thank you for your understanding.
Reservation Period		Accepted up to the day before the scheduled departure date
Reservation Changes		Acceptable with condition*2
Valid Period		Date of ticket issuance and 1 year (*) from the following day. *Definition of the number fo days of 1 year is 365 days.
Refund charge		A refund charge of JPY 500 per route per passenger will be applied, regardless of the cancellation date.
Cancellation Charge (Per route per person)	From date of purchase until the scheduled departure time	All Routes：JPY2,500-
	After the scheduled departure time	Not refundable*3
Effective refundable period		Within period of validity or not later than 10 days after the period of validity of the ticket. *In case cancellation is not be made prior to departure --- within 10 days following the day of scheduled departure.

• *There is limited seating capacity. Please note that it may not be available depending on the flight.
• *The Domestic Passenger Facility Charge (PFC) is included in the price only that applies to the flights concerned.
• *If the cancellation fee is greater than the fare, then the fare already paid will be charged as both the cancellation and refund fees.*3

• *1“Expected seat availability” is the final forecast figure for how crowded a flight will be at the present time.
  (It does not indicate availability at the time a reservation is made.)

• *2 Changing reservations to a Tasutoku fare
  A flight you booked can be changed to a different flight at a Tasutoku fare. Seat limits apply.
  If there is a difference between your fare price and the Tasutoku fare of the different flight offered when changing the reservation, you will either receive a refund or be charged the difference.
  In addition, on the date of departure at the Departure airport counter, depending on seating availability, it is possible to change to a previous flight on the same day and same route by paying the difference between your fare price and the normal fare price.
  *Same route means same departure and arrival points on your original reservation.Reverse route change is not allowed.
