Fare names will display as "XX Special," with "XX" being the region covered by the promotion. *1

Reservation methods		Website, Travel agency, Reservation Center and Airport counters. *The phone lines of our Reservation Center may be busy during peak hours. Thank you for your understanding.
Departure Period / Sales Period		It varies according to the implementation period of the campaign.
Reservation Changes		Acceptable with condition*2
Valid Period		Within the set period.
Refund charge		It varies according to the content of the campaign.
Cancellation Charge (Per route per person)	From date of purchase until the scheduled departure time	It varies according to the content of the campaign.
	After the scheduled departure time	Not refundable*3
Effective refundable period		*Valid Period : Date of ticket issuance and 1 year*4 from the following day. Refunds are valid within period of validity or not later than 10 days after the period of validity of the ticket. *In case cancellation is not be made prior to departure --- within 10 days following the day of scheduled departure.

• *The Domestic Passenger Facility Charge (PFC) is included in the price only that applies to the flights concerned.
• *If the cancellation fee is greater than the fare, then the fare already paid will be charged as both the cancellation and refund fees.*3

  Example: When the promotion is being run in Okinawa, the fare name will match the region and display as "Okinawa Special."
• *2 Changing reservations to a Regional Special
  A flight you booked can be changed to a different flight at a Regional Special. Seat limits apply.
  If there is a difference between your fare price and the Regional Special of the different flight offered when changing the reservation, you will either receive a refund or be charged the difference.
  *Same route means same departure and arrival points on your original reservation.Reverse route change is not allowed.
