Making society a better place through the “Skies”— this is Skymark's purpose and reason for being. Through our business of "transporting people and goods by air," we contribute to the sustainable development of society.

Let us delve a little deeper into the definition of “transporting people and goods by air.” We do not just operate aircraft. Our mission is to “Provide safe, reliable, and high-quality air services to all people at affordable prices.” This is Skymark's mission as well.

There are four important points here: The first is “safety and reliability”. This is the most basic element to continue our business, and needless to say, it takes precedence over everything else.

The second is “to be universal”. As a public transportation infrastructure, this perspective is essential for contributing to the realization of a society where no one is left behind. We provide services for all people where they can feel safe and secure.

The third point, “high quality”, is another crucial element. Skymark focuses on the quality of the basics as a public transportation infrastructure, such as on-time flight operations, and seek for a higher quality.

Finally, “affordable prices”. This element characterizes Skymark the most. Skymark was founded with a goal to create a competitive environment in the domestic airline industry, and has continued to offer affordable flights to this day.
