About procedure when flight delaying
If a flight is delayed for 60 minutes or longer due to poor weather or aircraft trouble, we can provide the following services to passengers.
Changes to reservations/cancellations
- Reservations can be changed to flights in the same region.
- Changes can be made to flights up to 30 days after the original date of departure.
- *These changes are also available for return or connecting flights associated with delayed outbound flights.
Please request changes for these flights alongside the change in your outbound flight.
Refunds
- Cancellation/refund fees will not be applied to changes or refunds.
- Refunds are available for flights up to 10 days after the original date of departure.
Refund procedure
- ◆ Credit card payments
- We will refund the payment to your credit card company.
- ◆ Convenience store payments
- We will refund the payment at the airport counter or via bank deposit. Click here for bank deposit information.
- ◆ Tickets purchased from travel agencies
- Refunds can only be provided by the travel agency you made the purchase from.
- *These changes are also available for return or connecting flights associated with delayed outbound flights.
Please request changes for these flights alongside the change in your outbound flight.
Reservation changes, refunds, and other services are provided at our Reservation Center or airport counters.
- *These cannot be handled via our website.
- *We cannot change reservations for flights or other transport offered through other companies due to delays.
- *We do not offer changes to reservations or full refunds for delays of less than 60 minutes.
