We accept reservation changes and cancellations via the Internet or at our Reservation Center.
Changes / Cancellations
There are different procedures in place depending on the reservation method, payment method, and purchase time. Please read the following to see which applies to you.

- *6The balance will be refunded or charged for fare difference due to changing of the flights in case the fare type which flight change is permitted.
- *7Including flights that have been canceled due to bad weather, reservation cancellations/changes can be processed without charging cancellation or change fees (excluding some fares/conditions). After the canceled flight switching (reservation change) process has completed, please contact the Reservation Center should you wish to make any additions/changes/cancellations.
- *On this website, you cannot change certain passengers in case that your reservation has several passengers. Please contact our Reservation Center.
