How to reserve tickets

Information on how to reserve tickets, as well as things to remember when reserving.

How to reserve tickets

Tickets can be reserved as follows:

  • *Reservations can also be made at airport counters and travel agencies.

Availability

Reservations are accepted from the date specified by us.

  • *Fares that set after the launch date(such as sale fares) will be announced in a press release as soon as they are determined.

Pregnant women

Following conditions are applied to passengers who are within 28 days of due date:

> who are within 28 days to 8 days(Including expected due date) of due date
- Medical Information Form (MEDIF)*
- Passenger's Declaration Form*
> who are within 7 days or less(Including expected due date) of due date
- Medical Information Form (MEDIF)*
- Passenger's Declaration Form*
- accompanied by an obstetrician*1

Example)If your expected due date is 30 May

Departure day: 3 May Medical Information Form issued on/after 27 April
Departure day: 23 May Medical Information Form issued on/after 17 May
Departure day: 24 May Medical Information Form issued on/after 18 May
and accompanied by an obstetrician*1
  • *There is not necessary to send us the Forms in advance. Please submit the Forms upon check-in at the airport.
  • *1Accompanied by a licensed midwife is also allowed if approved by the obstetrician and be specified on your Medical Information Form (MEDIF).

Pregnant women

Please prepare a copy of a Medical Information Form issued within 7 days prior to departure, including the day of departure, stating that you are "fit to travel by air". Please submit the Forms upon check-in at the airport. Please print out the form here or discuss with our Reservation Center.

Passengers with illness or injury

Medical Information Form, Passenger's Declaration Form, and an escort are required in some cases. Please contact our Reservation Center for details. For more information, please click here.

Passengers who wish to bring onboard and use medical oxygen tanks in the cabin

  • Medical Information Form, Passenger's Declaration Form, Proof of ownership of oxygen tanks will be required.
  • You are required to travel with an escort who is familiar with handling medical equipment.
    *You are required to handle medical equipment by yourself in case there is a description in a Medical Information Form that an escort is not required. For more information, please click here.

To passengers with illness or injury and passengers who wish to bring onboard and use medical oxygen tanks in the cabin:

Please prepare a copy of a Medical Information Form issued within 14 days prior to departure, including the day of departure, stating that you are "fit to travel by air". Please submit the Forms upon check-in at the airport. For a passenger accompanying a child (infant) aged less than 3 years old

  • One infant* (8 days after birth - 2 years old) may fly free of charge sharing seat with an adult.
  • If an adult passenger accompanies two infants, one of them is required to purchase a ticket as child fare and secure a seat. However, if the infant is below 2 years old, he/she is required to seat with a child seat. In this case, you cannot book on the Internet. Please contact to Skymark reservation center.
  • If a passenger whose expected delivery date is within 28 days or less can accompany only one infant below 3 years old, and child fare is required for the infant to secure a seat. However, if the infant is below 2 years old, he/she is required to seat with a child seat.
  • For an infant aged less than 3 years old who does not occupy a seat, a boarding pass for an infant is necessary, so please let us know when you check in.

Children who are less than 8 years of age and unaccompanied by an adult

Children less than 8 years old should be accompanied by an eligible guardian (who is over 12 years old).

Passengers using an electric wheelchair

Please let us know when making a reservation, as there is a limit on the number, size and weight of wheelchairs that can be checked in. For more information, please click here.
